Crafts in Cornwall
Cornwall is a great place to live of visit if you're interested in crafts. There's lots of workshops, craft fairs and stuff going on.
Handmade Cards
Lots of people in Cornwall make their own handcrafted cards, I find it very relaxing and fun to do. I sometimes sell my cards at craft fairs in Cornwall. I also do bespoke cards for special occasions on request. Click here to see some of the cards I am selling at the moment.

Sugarcraft and cake decoration
Sugarcraft is the art of using sugar to create beautiful decorations, mainly for decorating cakes for special occasions.
After taking a course, a year or two ago, I took up sugarcraft as a hobby and I am now a member of the the British Sugarcraft Guild.
The local Group of the British Sugarcraft Guild meet once a month in Camborne.
I particularly enjoy making sugar flowers and am planning to sell some of my sugarcraft items at local craft fairs in Cornwall, so watch out for them.
I also do bespoke items by special order.
Scrap booking
Just Scrap booking are now running monthly Scrap booking workshops in New lyn, Penzance. Depending on demand they may also run an evening workshop.
As well as learning the latest techniques, there will be specialist master classes, such as 'Digital Camera techniques' and 'Inspiration - learning to think outside of the box'.
Just Scrapbooking are also now offering Scrapbooking Weekend Breaks set in beautiful West Cornwall locations, such as Cape Cornwall - the ideal way to indulge yourself and take time out to enjoy your hobby. Why not take the opportunity to spend a weekend doing a Scrapbooking for beginners Course.

Craft Fairs in Cornwall 2008
St Agnes Annual Steam Rally
August 15th to 17th 2008
St Agnes boasts the largest stream rally in the South West.
At this years event 70 steam engines are expected.
There will also be a craft marquee, trade stands, a fairground, vintage vehicles and heavy horses.
